Overclocking settings
The GTX 1070 Ti does not overclock ”better” than other Pascal cards. Higher frequency gain from stock settings is only due to the fact that stock frequency is untouched by the manufacturer. The Vulcan XTOP will reach 2.1 GHz, but it never stays there for too long. Frequency oscillated between 2090 to 2060 MHz (depending on the workload).
