CONCLUSION
The graphics card tested represents the premium Vulcan series, currently the most expensive design the company has to offer. It is very likely that will see iGame KUDAN graphics card at some point, but it is hard to imagine it would take the performance to an even higher level. The Vulcan OC is already a powerful graphics card that can still has some performance hidden underneath that can be accessed with overclocking.
The iGame RTX 3080 VULCAN OC features an innovative monitoring screen, which can be rotated in 90 degree-angle. It is surely a useful feature to have but also serves as an aesthetic element for those who will upload their own animated or static images to personalize the look.
Having spent three weeks with the card I have not experienced issues that would be worth mentioning. The thick triple-fan cooling solution operates as expected, no matter if we are considering light daily workload or heavy gaming with overclocking applied.
The bundled software controls the overclocking profiles, ARGB lighting, and of course the screen. This is not the first card with LCD that we have tested, but there is clearly a huge step forward from the first designs that featured an LCD. There is still room for improvement, especially on the software side. It would also be great if the GIF uploading would not require a USB connection. The graphs displayed on the LCD are not shown in a proper scale, so that could also be improved.
The iGame Vulcan OC is here to impress and it doesn’t fail to do so. It is undoubtedly a good looking card with an aggressive design but kept in neutral grayish colors that will fit most builds. The ARGB lighting is a neat feature that can still be extended and synchronized with the system lighting. The card comes with a screwdriver, VGA support, and even cotton gloves, clearly not a standard bundle even for a premium card.
