By scanning the product QR code and registering the product with BIOSTAR at their new VIP CARE webpage, customers can enjoy the luxury of added benefits and after-sale services like extended warranty period up to 5 years on selected products and the ability to keep track of the warranty period in real-time. It should be mentioned that proof of purchase must be submitted when registering the product with BIOSTAR for validation purposes.

In addition to the extended benefits given by this new service, BIOSTAR customers will be provided with support for repair, warranty and consultation services as well, by applying for repair and consulting service through the e-Repair portal in the new BIOSTAR VIP CARE webpage.
