Yeston introduces anime-inspired GeForce RTX 4080

Chinese graphics card marker Yeston today announces its new card from Sakura Sugar series.

Yeston is probably the only company that launched Radeon RX 7900 series before RTX 40 series. The Sakura Sugar series feature brand new cooling design with colorful shroud and backplate and, what appears to be the first, white PCB on RTX 4080 GPU.

The card looks more or less identical to the Radeon RX 7900 models, but even the Radeon card did not have the white PCB design. Although there are already a number of white RTX 4080 models around, none of them features this color of the board. The only exceptions are GALAX HOF series, but this company has not yet released RTX 4080 HOF, so the point still stands.

Yeston confirms that RTX 4080 Sakura Sugar will have increased fan diameter, eight copper tube design, optimized PCB layout and new cooling module. All presumably compared to RTX 3080 Sakura GPU.

The company has made no promises as to when would this card become available, but we should note it took more than a month for RX 7900 Sakura GPU to appear in US stores, so this model should be no exception.

Yeston’s website returns no entries for this card yet, therefore the full specs are not known. As a matter of fact, the website is now returning errors, so one might assume it is now being updated with the new card.
