We are dropping another ‘bomb’ today.
XFX Radeon RX 590 Fatboy
It has been a while since we shared a *new* XFX graphics card. The Fatboy is clearly a new approach to name products, calling them Double Dissipation Black Edition or GTS XXX Edition etc., didn’t really had the same effect.
The Radeon RX 590 from XFX featured dual-fan cooler, which will occupy more than two slots (~2.2). The card features 8+6-pin power design and five display connectors: DVI-I, HDMI and three DisplayPorts. The card is equipped with a full cover backplate.
That said, the RX 590 FatBoy is pretty much identical to RX 580 GTS series (I can’t really see a difference). We are working on confirming the clock speeds. It is likely that there are other variants of this card coming.
Update: The RX 590 FatBoy OC+ edition runs at 1600 MHz.
