Where Gaming Begins, Part 2.
AMD to announces Radeon RX 6000 series
Today is the highly anticipated day. Almost two years since the first AMD Big Navi rumors have started to appear, the manufacturer is set to finally unveil its next-generation Radeon RX graphics cards based on RDNA2 architecture.
Expectations are very high amid competitors’ struggle to supply enough Ampere cards to the market. An alternative to NVIDIA’s high-end offer would certainly be welcomed by many users.
AMD Radeon RX 6800 series will be based on Navi 21 GPU. AMD is expected to unveil two cards today: Radeon RX 6800XT and RX 6800. The cards would compete with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 respectively.
AMD is expected to demonstrate the features of RDNA2 architecture in various gameplays. We should also learn when the RX 6000 graphics cards will become available and more importantly, how much they are going to cost.
