Vastarmor RX 7700 XT Alloy without PRO and one fan
Chinese company launches second RX 7700 XT model.
Until now, Vastarmor has only announced 20 graphics cards. Just after the RDNA2 RX 6000 series were announced, this Chinese company started working with AMD. Vastarmor only operates in China, but unlike other fake brands, it is actually a real and official partner of AMD.
Vastarmor has already unveiled its Navi 32-based RX 7800 XT and RX 7700 XT models, but both of them featured a triple-fan design. This time, we will see the Alloy non-PRO version, which uses two fans. This is actually a rare design like this for Navi 32 models. Only two out of fifteen RX 7700 XT models have such a setup of fans.
The card features Navi 32 XL GPU with 3456 Stream Processors and 12 GB GDDR6 memory across a 192-bit interface. As far as power specs are concerned, the card uses AMD reference 245W typical board power specs and Vastarmor is recommending a 700W power supply.
This model utilizes two 10 cm fans with a three-fold shark fin blade design, as indicated by the company. To address thermal constraints, the heatsink is designed for a 2.5-slot configuration. The card features a 14-layer PCB design and is equipped with dual 8-pin power connectors. As per the official listing, the card’s dimensions are 55.9×131.5×263.3 mm.
Interestingly, this model has the same specs as the PRO version, which means a base clock of 1784 MHz, a game clock of 2276 MHz, and a boost of up to 2600 MHz. This board doesn’t have Dual-BIOS support, so the frequency mentioned is the only one that applies to this model.
As per the official store in China, the RX 7700 XT Alloy is priced at 3649 RMB (505 USD), which is only 50 RMB (7 USD) less expensive than the triple-fan PRO design.
