South Korean graphics card manufacturer today revealed a true (Christmas) Miracle. The graphics card based on GeForce RTX 3070 SKU is the latest installment in the Miracle series.
EMTEK GeForce RTX 3070 Miracle
The Miracle is Emtek’s new graphics card series that were introduced with the first GeForce RTX 20 models two years ago. The series is considered budget-oriented and is not part of EMTEK’s HV or XENON more premium series.
EMTEK RTX 3070 Miracle is a dual-fan and 3-slot design kept in a black color scheme. The graphics card has a full cover metallic backplate, although no photos of the backplate were published by the company.
You might be wondering why is this graphics card a newsworthy material, well the RTX 3070 MIRACLE has a very unique feature that sets it apart from many RTX 30 designs that we have encountered so far (and there are hundreds of designs by now). The card model features a 12-pin power connector, which makes this graphics card a true Miracle.
Only one custom model has so far featured a 12-pin power connector, the ASUS RTX 3070 EKWB (which is basically NVIDIA reference board + custom water cooler). Emtek’s RTX 3070 MIRACLE is likely to feature an NVIDIA reference board design as well, but it comes with a full custom air cooler design.
Sadly, it means that the power connector is located in the least convenient place possible, right in the center between Miracle and GeForce RTX logos. Thus, power cable management might be a problem with this card.
The Emtek RTX 3070 Miracle is a factory-overclocked graphics card to 1725 MHz. Such a moderate overclocking requires no TDP changes, thus the card has standard 220W configured in the BIOS. The graphics card will be exclusively sold on the South Korean market, so it would have been a miracle if you saw this graphics card on a shelf anywhere else.
