The company is not confirming which GPU variant is shown in the teaser. However, it is safe to assume that both the RX 7900 XT and RX 7900 XTX will feature a very similar cooler design. What Sapphire is confirming is that this is a new iteration of Sapphire’s most popular gaming GPU series called NITRO.

The gray shroud appears to be flat and equipped with three axial fans spinning in opposite directions. It is a complete redesign from RX 6000 NITRO series and possibly an inspiration from AMD Radeon VII.

Radeon RX 7900 XT and XTX GPUs are set to launch on December 13th. According to early information, custom designs such as the RX 7900 NITRO may launch a little later. It is expected that Sapphire, among with other board partners, will unveil more details on the new cards very soon.
