Galaxy Book2 Pro with Intel 12th Gen Evo and Arc GPU
At MWC in Barcelona, Samsung is set to unveil its Galaxy Book2 Pro laptops equipped featuring all-Intel hardware.
The Galaxy Book2 Pro will be available with 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch displays. These are always ultra-light laptops with extended battery life up to 21 hours.
Both designs are based on Intel’s newest EVO platform with 12th Gen Core Alder Lake CPUs with built-in Iris Xe graphics. Furthermore, the 15.6-inch model will be offered with Intel’s upcoming Arc Alchemist discrete GPU. Interestingly, this option will increase the weight from 1.11 kg to 1.17 kg likely due to improved cooling capacity for discrete GPU.
The Samsung Book2 Pro series are always-connected devices with 5G and WiFi-6E support. The device is powered by a USB Type-C 65W cable, which means no bulky power supply is required.
Additionally, Samsung is launching Galaxy Book Pro 360 today, which is basically a 2-in-1 laptop with a swiveling touchscreen. More details will be available in a few hours.
