GeForce RTX 4060 Ti confirmed with 8GB memory and 128-bit bus
Palit’s RTX 4060 Ti graphics card series has been listed by a Russian retailer.
It is not a secret that the upcoming 4060 Ti GPU from NVIDIA is to feature 8GB VRAM, it is also not a secret that such memory would require short memory bus. What has only been a domain of rumors has now seemingly been corroborated by one of the Russian retailers, the card features a 128-bit memory bus.
At least four models are being prepared by Palit, based on Dual and StormX designs. Those are mid-tier series likely equipped with two fans. An implementation Dual SKU has already been presented by Palit with RTX 4070 SKU last month. The StormX, however, would be the first in the Ada Lovelace series.

Based on our information, NVIDIA is now expected to launch its RTX 4060 Ti SKU by the end of this month. Neither board partners nor NVIDIA were ready to announce an exact date. This week NVIDIA is expected to start supplying AICs with necessary components.
The fifth installment in RTX 40 series is to feature AD106-350 GPU with 4352 CUDA cores. This model is to offer a boost clock up to 2.5 GHz in its reference form, but factory-overclocked SKUs were already confirmed. The leak from Russian retailer appears to confirm that Palit will also have at least two OC models.
