Palit RTX 4060 non-Ti listed in Germany
The first retailer in Germany offers RTX 4060 non-Ti graphics card before launch.
Palit had already announced its RTX 4060 Dual series last month, which was before NVIDIA pushed back the released date by at least two weeks. The non-Ti product will be available on shelves on June 29th, but first-time retailers would rather not wait any longer.
The first card to be listed is the Palit RTX 4060 Dual graphics card. As the name suggests, it uses a dual-fan cooling solution, and it should be identical to what the RTX 4060 Ti offers. In fact, both models were announced together, but Palit did not update their website with the details on the cheaper variant. The only thing we know about this card is that it features a product code of “NE64060019P1-1070D”.

GalaxUS is a first store in Germany to list said model at €339. NVIDIA confirmed that MSRP for EU is €329, so we are looking at a €10 higher price. Such price is a normal markup for an early listing, and it is not obvious if Palit’s GPU is a factory-overclocked model or not. This will determine if it falls into the MSRP or non-MSRP category.
The RTX 4060 non-Ti will feature an AD107-300 GPU with 3072 CUDA cores and 8GB of GDDR6 memory attached to a 128-bit memory bus. It will feature 1280 CUDA cores fewer than the Ti variant, and the memory speed will be down clocked to 17 Gbps (vs. 18 Gbps). Furthermore, NVIDIA has no plans for a 16GB variant, which is set to appear with the Ti badge in July.
