GTC 2024 kicks off on March 18
The Graphics Technology Conference returns to San Jose Conventional Center next year.
The date is now confirmed, and the new collection of leather jackets is ready for action. On March 18, NVIDIA is set to kick off its annual flagship GTC conference in San Jose, USA. While registration hasn’t opened yet, and details about Jensen Huang’s keynote remain under wraps, we now have a date to mark on our calendars for the next major NVIDIA news. More importantly, the keynote is now confirmed for March 18.
Traditionally at GTC, NVIDIA unveils updates to its graphics technologies, with a particular focus on data-center products. This time, all eyes are on NVIDIA’s highly anticipated Blackwell next-gen series. It’s worth noting that these series are expected to extend into gaming as well, although the architecture underlying gaming chips will differ.

As a reminder, at GTC 2023, NVIDIA unveiled a lineup of products, including the NVIDIA L4/L40, NVIDIA H100 NVL, Grace Hopper CPU, cuLitho software library for computational lithography, Isaac Sim platform (a remote global team collaboration system), and the NVIDIA AI foundations – a suite of cloud services for generative AI and Large Language models.
In terms of hardware, these offerings represented a mid-generation update for existing architecture. So, as we look ahead to 2024, expectations are high for NVIDIA to finally introduce something entirely new to the hardware landscape.
