NVIDIA introduces new RTX 30 GPUs
The latest 522.25 graphics driver does not only support the brand-new RTX 4090 GPU, it also introduced support for unannounced GeForce RTX 30 models.
We have been notified that the 522.25 Game Ready driver comes with support for three new RTX 30 models. All three cards are named, but the driver does not confirm their configuration. It seems obvious, though, that these new cards are the rumored RTX 3070 Ti with GA102 GPU, RTX 3060 Ti with GDDR6X memory and RTX 3060 with 8GB memory.
Below is a full output from “nv_dispig.inf” file that lists 3 new IDs. None of them has been used before. For clarity, we included all RTX 30 models that are now present in the drivers, separated by the processor that they use. As an example, the new RTX 3070 Ti PCI Device ID is 2207, which is part of the GA102 product family. This means that NVIDIA is indeed making an RTX 3070 Ti with GA102 GPU, alongside the existing GA104 model.

Cards that have been added today are not mentioned in official driver’s release notes, nor they are listed on NVIDIA website. This could mean that board partners now have a green light to launch new models, which may or may not feature new configurations.
Such models were expected to be available later this month, so we will definitely provide an update if any of these cards show up.
