NVIDIA releases Canvas, an AI-powered painting tool
NVIDIA finally released its drawing tool powered by AI. This one of the kind application, which by the way is available for free, turns simple shapes, brushstrokes into photorealistic paintings.
The tool offers as many as 15 different materials to work with which can be then modified using 9 built-in styles. This combined with endless imagination and creativity can result in amazing artwork. NVIDIA Canvas files can be exported to Adobe Photoshop to preserve information about layers. This can be useful for further image manipulation.
The following painting based on a built-in Mountain Lake sample is called ‘MSRP dream’ painted by WhyCry himself:
The tool can be downloaded directly from the NVIDIA website. This version works with all GeForce, Quadro, or TITAN RTX GPUs and requires 445 family driver or newer. It only works on Windows 10.
