Nintendo announces Switch The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition

A new version of an OLED console will be released next month. 

A special edition of the popular Switch console will launch on April 28th. This version will cost $359.99 according to official information. It comes with a custom Zelda-themed design, and it based on the newer OLED model.

The company is working on Zelda-themed accessories as well, such as a new Pro controller or a carrying case. Nintendo confirms that new accessory will launch on May 12th for $74.99 and $24.99 respectively.

As far as the specs are concerned, no changes were implemented for this special edition of Switch. It is equipped with the same 7-inch OLED display and has 64GB of internal storage. It will also have a Zelda-themed docking station with TV mode.

The new edition of Nintendo Switch OLED is announced as part of the new Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom showcase. The company has revealed a 10-minute gameplay, which can be seen here.
