Custom RX 6950XT cards are coming

ASRock RX 6950XT FORMULA OC

We now have a confirmation of the leak from Eurasian Economic Commission. The RX 6950XT OC Formula is indeed happening.

This is ASRock’s second Formula OC graphics thus far based on the updated Navi 21 GPU with higher clocks and more board power, but more importantly faster 18 Gbps GDDR6 memory. Unsurprisingly, this model is an identical copy of the RX 6900XT, which was already over-engineered with three 8-pin power connectors and 325W by default with the OC BIOS. The RX 6950XT will certainly go even higher, but we are yet to see the confirmation on the specs.

MSI RX 6950XT GAMING X TRIO

Sadly, there is no sign of the SUPRIM series for Radeon. MSI decided to keep its ultra-premium series exclusive to the GeForce brand, which is a shame, considering RX 6950XT is the fastest Radeon GPU thus far, outpacing multiple RTX 30 cards that somehow deserved to be included.

Regardless of this fact, the RX 6950XT GAMING X TRIO appears to be (again) the exact copy of RX 6900XT model, both cards ship with custom 2.5-slot design, three 8-pin power connectors and non-reference PCB.

Both cards will launch on May 10th, the pricing is yet to be determined.
