GeForce RTX 4090 with blower-type fan

An unexpected RTX 4090 design has just been shared by MEGAsizeGPU

With RTX 4090 custom models growing to four slots with high-end AIO coolers and 360mm radiators, probably no one expected to see a blower-type cooler on this GPU, enter Manli.

The company is working on a 2-slot RTX 4090 design with one blower fan. This is so far the first (and most likely the last) blower RTX 4090 we are going to see. This cooler will have to dissipate up to 450W of power. A task possibly impossible to achieve.

One should remind our readers that NVIDIA quietly requested all board partners to abandon their plans for RTX 3090 cards with blower-type fans. Such cards were very popular among professionals using their systems for workstations, who would rather buy RTX gaming GPU than more expensive Quadro/RTX GPUs.

It would be very surprising if MANLI was allowed to ship this design, and even more surprising if this blower fan can sustain high load workloads.
