ASUS TUF RTX 4070 Ti launching January 5th

Italian retailer Drako.it has a landing page for unannounced RTX 40 graphics card.

According to the product page, ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 4070 Ti model is launching on January 5th and the retailer even has a large countdown for this occasion. It really looks like the launch has date has now been confirmed.

The RTX 4080 12GB SKU which was canceled by NVIDIA after a backlash from the community is returning soon with a new name. The RTX 4070 Ti is to feature identical GPU specs as the ‘unlaunched’ model, but it should now come at a reduced price.

The retailer confirms that ASUS is launching RTX 4070 Ti TUF Gaming OC SKU, but parts of the specs appear to contradict each other, such as the memory capacity. This model is almost certainly going to feature 12GB VRAM, so the title mentioning 16GB is incorrect.

The retailer confirms that this GPU will launch in 31 days, so exactly on January 5th, just as it was confirmed earlier by Wccftech.

The RTX 4070 Ti is to feature AD104-400 GPU with 7680 CUDA cores. This is the full configuration for this graphics processor. NVIDIA’s third Ada desktop GPU is to feature 12GB of GDDR6X memory attached to a 192-bit wide memory bus. This means that the maximum bandwidth will be even lower than its predecessor (504 GB/s vs. 608 GB/s).
