Intel Arc PRO is coming
Intel confirms it will be showcasing its first Arc GPUs for workstation soon.
At SIGGRAPH 22 which starts next Monday, Intel will be showing the brand-new ARC Pro series, the first workstation graphics based on Alchemist series.
This is the first time Intel has publicly acknowledged the Arc Pro series, although the company did confirm workstation GPUs are coming. Thus far we have only seen gaming and data-center graphics based on DG2/Alchemist architecture.
The event description confirms that only entry-level workstation PRO segment will be shown. These graphics will be showcased in Inc’s Sketchup D5 Rendered which incorporates Arc’s hardware acceleration for raytracing and XeSS technology.

Would that mean Intel will be finally showing some new XeSS demos soon? That’s hard to say, because this event is strictly for academic and industry discussions on modern computer graphics, rather than gaming.
