The site claims that the product launch will not take place at the same time as the Intel Innovation event, now scheduled for October 27th. The manufacturer is only to announce its products while preparing for hard launch and global availability of Alder Lake CPUs almost four weeks later.
At the same time, Intel will launch its first high-end Z690 chipset for the next-generation CPUs. This will be the first chipset from the 600 series, with others rumored to debut early next year. The Z690 motherboards will feature an LGA1700 socket, only compatible with Alder Lake-S CPUs and more than likely its successor, Raptor Lake. The motherboards equipped with the Z690 chipset will also support DDR5 memory technology, but models with DDR4 support are also planned.
More recently, we have learned about the full lineup of the upcoming 12th Gen series. According to @momomo_us, Intel is preparing its unlocked 125W K- and KF-series along with non-K 65W models. The list of SKUs also features Core i5-12400 and i3-12100 SKUs, but it is unclear if those are also set to launch on November 19th.

So far only the specifications of the three K-series SKUs have been leaked. The flagship 12900K model is to offer 16 cores and 24 threads, thanks to its new heterogeneous architecture featuring Performance and Efficient cores. The 12700K should launch with 12 cores and 20 threads, whereas the mid-ranger 12600K might offer 10 cores and 16 threads.
Intel Alder Lake will not be exclusive to the desktop platform, mobile and ultra-mobile variants have already been announced by Intel at its Architecture Day 2021.
