Intel sends out Tiger Lake promotional kits to reviewers

This indicates an imminent launch of Tiger Lake mobile processors. The kit features a blue planter with 2 orange Lily seeds (Lilium ‘Tiger’s Roar’). A clever idea from Intel’s marketing department.

Nathan Kirsch from Legit Reviews was likely the first person to get one of these, and we expect to see more of the kits arrive at other reviewers’ doorsteps soon. This promotional stunt indicates that Intel is ready to launch its mobile Tiger Lake processors, likely to be part of the 11th Gen Core series.

Intel Tiger Lake will feature Willow Cove architecture and Xe Graphics sub-system, it’s a proper upgrade over its predecessor – Ice Lake. The new architecture will share a lot with the upcoming Rocket Lake architecture for consumer desktop systems.
