Intel 14th Gen Core desktop CPU series now listed in Spain
The 14th Core series from Intel is starting to appear on new retailers’ listings and is finally reaching European shores. Spanish CoolMod now offers four out of the six upcoming Intel CPUs from this new series, with prices going as high as €800. While these prices are likely not final, the closer we get to the official launch, the more seriously we should consider these price points.
The retailer has listed both Core i9 and Core i5 models, with the 14900K priced at €799.96, which is €160 more expensive than the current flagship 13900K. However, there is an even wider price gap between the KF models, reaching €190. The Core i5-14600K is priced at €429.95, which is €88 more than the current price of the 13600K, while the KF model is €70 pricier than its predecessor.

The only positive aspect is that the 6.0 GHz 24-core model is currently priced lower than the 13900KS at the same store. However, better deals can be easily found elsewhere, so this price difference shouldn’t be regarded as particularly significant.
Previous price leaks from Canada have consistently indicated a 4% increase in pricing compared to the 13th Gen series. It’s important to note that neither Spanish nor Canadian retailers have official listings because Intel has not yet released or even announced the new series. Therefore, all pricing should be viewed as tentative and subject to change.
