Dell appears to be the only company thus far confirming Intel Arc workstation GPUs. The company has listed before the Arc Pro A30M as well as A370M Pro GPUs for its Dell Precision XX70 series.

It appears that there is a third SKU planned, called Arc Pro A40M. It was listed alongside RTX A1000 workstation GPU from NVIDIA, indicating that this is a low-power segment, most likely based on ACM-G11 GPU.

Dell website does not provide any further details on this new mobile chip, but it is not expected to feature more than 4 GB of ram. This would somewhat match the lineup of consumer A350M and A370M GPUs.

Intel has not listed any workstation GPUs yet, hence it is unclear which naming leaked by Dell is correct. Officially, the Arc workstation series are not expected to launch till the third quarter of this year, but given how much information is shared by Dell, this statement may refer to the desktop GPUs only.

Dell’s Precision XX70 series were officially announced earlier this week, however, the company refrained from sharing detailed information on CPU and GPUs specifically.
