Intel is inviting media for Gregory Bryant’s Computex Keynote.
Intel @ Computex
Not a single word from a rather brief description suggests a new high-end desktop product. Yet still, everything that we have been hearing so far indicates that Intel might bring a new CPU to the market next month. Computex is likely the best place to showcase a new product, as journalists from around the world will be attending the event.
Intel has recently confirmed problems with 10nm product roadmap, thus we do not expect new mainstream series until later next year. Meanwhile, board partners are eagerly awaiting new 8-core Coffee Lake chips as well as Z390 chipsets for their new motherboards. This chip will compete directly with Ryzen 2000 8-core series.
