Intel reportedly has three dies for Raptor Lake-S

ExtremePlayer has an update to the Intel 13th Gen Core specs, including the models that are not launching in the foreseeable future.

According to the specs posted by the Chinese content creator ExtremePlayer, Intel is set to launch 14 different SKUs featuring four to twenty four cores. It is revealed that there are three dies, and only the 13th Gen Core i9 series are to feature two clusters of Efficient cores. This is supposedly the only new die in the Raptor Lake series. There should be three SKUs based on this silicon: 13900K, 13900KF, 13900 and 13900F. With the F variants offering no integrated graphics. The leaker is not providing the full clock specs, but the no-K series appear to be 1 GHz slower (base clock).

Meanwhile, Core i7 series are to feature half of the Efficient cores, which a full configuration of 16 cores and up to 24 threads. Similarly to Core i9 series the 7 is getting four SKUs as well, half of them being 65W TDP variants.

The 13th Gen Core i5 series are to be further divided to K-series using new B0 silicon and non-K SKUs with C0 silicon, which according to HXL is a refresh of Alder Lake silicon (ADL-R). Mid-range and entry-level Raptor Lake are to offer 14, 10 or 4 cores. The slowest Raptor Lake CPU (Core i3-13100) is listed with four Performance cores and no Efficient cores available.

This is most likely not a full list yet. Intel Raptor Lake-S may include parts that have not been communicated to board partners and low-end SKUs such as Pentium or Celeron, but those should use the Alder Lake dies too.
