AORUS Z790 Master X with 14th Gen Core support
Gigabyte had been building anticipation for its forthcoming Z790 motherboard series, specifically designed to complement the upcoming Intel Core CPUs. It was evident that the company had expected Intel to unveil this series during their Innovation event, but this unveiling did not happen. Consequently, Gigabyte had to request reviewers to conceal any details pertaining to the new CPU series on the packaging and motherboards they had received as initially intended.
Fortunately, we managed to obtain some images from the ongoing testing of the AORUS Z790 Master X motherboard, clearly showcasing its compatibility with the 14th Gen series. While the existence of Intel’s 14th Gen CPU lineup is no secret at this point, it marks a moment that first board partner is now officially confirming the existence of the 14th Gen series.
According to Gigabyte, the revamped Z790 X series has undergone improvements and promises to be an ideal companion for Intel’s latest CPUs. Although the new CPU series is set to be officially launched on October 17th, Z790 X boards have already made their way into the hands of reviewers and are poised to hit the market shortly.
