GALAX GALAKURO in white
A new RTX 40 graphics card for Japanese customers.
GALAX provides their designs under many brands, one of them is called Kuroutoshikou Galakuro, sold exclusively in Japan. Today the company announced the availability of their new RTX 4070 Ti. However, ‘new’ may not be a good word here because the same card is already offered by GALAX and KFA2 as EX WHITE model in the US and Europe.
One should note that this is not the first white RTX 40 GPU to be sold by this company. Earlier this year, GALAX launched its RTX 4090 HOF series, which are also available through their Japanese subsidiary. However, the RTX 4070 EX series are entirely different price segment.
This model is based on a custom PCB and a triple-fan cooling solution. It measures 32 cm and requires three PCIe slots. GALAKURO EX White features upgraded “Wings 2.0” fans which are said to deliver up to 25% better airflow than last gen. The card is equipped with three of such fans: two outer 92mm fans and one 102 mm fan in the middle.
This model is factory-overclocked to 2670 MHz (+2.3% OC), with no changes to the TDP or memory clocks.

Those who prefer simple aesthetics and minimal lighting options should be pleased to know that the only element that lights up is the GeForce logo itself. A single 16-pin power connector is located right in the middle, so this would be the perfect case where one of those angled adapters would be useful.

This model is not yet listed by any retailer, so pricing is still to be confirmed.
