GALAX RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Edition
As promised, GALAX has unveiled a special 20th Anniversary graphics card based on the fastest NVIDIA model.
GALAX unveiled their latest high-end RTX 40 GPU today, and it’s not your typical product. Instead, it serves as a commemorative item to mark GALAX’s 20th anniversary in the business, even though it’s technically the 29th year since their establishment in February 1994, the 20th anniversary refers to the company’s operation in China.
As anticipated, the card features three fans. Two of them are positioned on the front side, while an additional fan can be found on the opposite side of the card. This design choice draws clear inspiration from NVIDIA’s Founders Edition models, which also utilize two fans placed on opposing sides of the card.
What’s even more interesting is that the power connector has been cleverly concealed beneath an acrylic panel, allowing for easy access when needed. This discrete location houses the 16-pin power connector, although it remains hidden in the renders. We have seen very similar approach being implemented by the Colorful Ultra Z series.
According to reports from its debut in China, this card is not aiming to be the absolute fastest, as it operates with a GPU boost clock of 2595 MHz. However, it makes up for it with its substantial size, measuring an impressive 34.4 cm in length and 6 cm in thickness.
The GALAX RTX 4090 20th Anniversary Edition will launch on November 11th during the 11.11 Shopping Festival.
