EVGA RTX 3090 Ti Kingpin debuts at 2500 USD

EVGA finally puts its flagship GeForce RTX 30 graphics card for sale.

The newest Kingpin is based on RTX 3090 Ti graphics card, which has been released three months ago. EVGA has been somewhat slow to sell its flagship model, but it seems to finally go on sale through the official US website.

EVGA Kingpin is now available for sale at 2500 USD. For this price it comes with ‘free’ SuperNOVA 1600 P2 power supply with 80+ PLATINUM 1600W rating. Interestingly this is not a PCIe Gen5 16-pin compatible power supply, so the card will require adapters.

And speaking of 16-pin power connectors, this model is one of the few 3090 Ti cards on the market that has two such connectors. This means that a total of six 8-pin cables are required. Fortunately the bundled power supply has nine PCIe connectors.

EVGA RTX 3090 Ti Kingpin’s sophisticated cooling has four fans in total. The card is using a hybrid all-in-one solution attached to 360mm external radiator with three fans. The fourth fan is installed on the card itself, providing enough airflow for the onboard VRMs. This liquid cooling solution is similar to FTW3 Hybrid RTX 3090 Ti model which retails at 2200 USD.

This model also comes with integrated OLED monitoring panel, which can display real-time information on voltage, temperatures, clocks but also colorful graphics. The Kingpin is a premium model equipped with custom 14-layer PCB, voltage monitoring headers for extreme overclocking and three BIOS switch for normal, OC or LN2 setting.

As shown above, EVGA offers PowerLink 52u adapter for the dual 16-pin to six 8-pin power cables adapter that can should help with cable management. The product description does not clarify if this adapter is bundled with the card.
