EVGA announced five GeForce RTX 3090 models. The XC3 and FTW are triple-fan designs likely to be the most popular (and affordable) choice among gamers. EVGA is also developing three liquid-cooled models called HYDRO COPPER (card comes with a preinstalled water block), HYBRID (with AIO cooling), and KINGPIN, which also comes with an AIO cooling.

The KINGPIN series are developed with collaboration with Vince Lucido, a well known extreme overclocker who’s nickname is KINGPIN. So it appears that for each launch of the KINGPIN series, Vince is posting photos of the board design ahead of the official launch.

The card is rumored to have 23 power stages. The photo also confirms it will require three 8-pin power cables. It should also feature a newer generation (Gen6) Asetek pump. The Kingpin’s AIO radiator is allegedly 360mm.

The EVGA KINGPIN represents the top-tier in GPU design. No other brand has announced its custom extreme overclocking design yet. These cards are usually: MSI Lightning, GALAX HOF, ASUS ROG Matrix, or the COLORFUL iGAME KUDAN.
