EK already working on GeForce RTX 30 water blocks

Slovenian water block manufacturer is participating in NVIDIA #UltimateCountdown marketing campaign. On Facebook, users have asked EKWB if they are planning to have water blocks ready at launch for the next-generation GeForce graphics cards.

The company revealed on Facebook that first water blocks should be “ready at or close to launch”. This implies that NVIDIA has already provided EK with PCB design schematics and the development is at its final stage.

EK GPU water blocks are available for prices ranging from 130 to 160 EUR. We are still unsure about the final pricing of the GeForce RTX 30 series, nor do we know how efficient is the reference cooling, but if the rumors about increased power consumption are indeed true, then switching to water cooling might be worth a consideration.
