Dell gaming PCs with Arc A770 cost $1,949
The company is introducing a new R15 gaming desktop powered by Intel hardware entirely.
Aurora R15 Gaming desktop has been upgraded to feature an Arc A770 GPU with 16GB of memory. The cheapest option for this system is this graphics card, paired with a Core i7-13700F non-K CPU, and it costs $1,949. Worth noting that the same system is offered in Canada at $2,699 (CAD). The combination of the Intel CPU and GPU makes the R15 one of the first full all-Intel gaming desktops, which is a clear win for Intel and their push into the gaming sector.
Users will have other CPU options to choose from, including 13700KF, 13900F and 13900KF, which cost $100, $150, and $250 more each. The R15 can be upgraded to an NVIDIA RTX 4070 GPU for just $50. Even though the NVIDIA GPU has less memory (12GB), it is a much better gaming card and a better choice than the A770.

Although the inclusion of the A770 GPU into the Dell gaming desktop is great news for Intel, the $2K price for this system is not convincing, considering that the A770 GPU could already be found for just $259.
It’s unclear if Dell is using the Intel Limited Edition (aka reference design) model because this model has already been discontinued. Therefore, it would appear that Dell might be adding their version of this Intel GPU, which would also be a new development. The Intel board partner list would be extended once again.
