Colorful officially launches RTX 4060 Ti iGame Ultra
The first RTX 4060 Ti Ultra Z cards now available in China.
Colorful has now completed the release of the Ultra Z series, which is built upon the NVIDIA RTX 4060 Ti series. These cards were initially showcased in July, but they were officially announced in early October. After nearly four months, Colorful has now launched the series in China.
The concept behind the iGame Ultra Z series is straightforward. The standard 8-pin power connector is concealed beneath a removable plastic cover. The cable can be routed behind the card, reducing the visibility of cables, which is a departure from the usual graphics card layout.
It’s worth noting that while Colorful’s approach isn’t groundbreaking, similar attempts have been made by other manufacturers like Inno3D. However, Colorful has expanded its lineup, including the more potent RTX 4070 SKU. Today, the company is launching two new models based on the RTX 4060 Ti, available with 8GB and 16GB capacities.

The Ultra Z series by Colorful consists of three separate models, all featuring the same triple-fan cooling system measuring 31.3 x 18.9 cm. The key distinguishing factor among these models is their thickness, ranging from 48 to 50.5 mm, and their weight, which varies between 1.12 and 0.98 kg depending on the particular SKU.
The RTX 4060 Ti 8GB model has been priced at 3599 RMB (494 USD) while the 16GB variant costs 4099 RMB (562 USD). Worth noting that the RTX 4070 version costs 4999 RMB (686 USD). One might expect the price to go down for Singles’ Day in a few days.
