Colorful RTX 4060Ti might be the smallest gaming GPU with 16GB memory
Colorful has finally revealed its high-end option for the RTX 4060 Ti SKU.
As previously mentioned, the company offers two models in its RTX 4060 series: the iGame Mini exclusively equipped with the RTX 4060 Ti SKU, and the Smart Mini featuring the RTX 4060 non-Ti.
Recently, the company updated its website with fresh information on iGame Mini, along with real photos, and most notably, the introduction of a new 16GB model. Contrary to early renders showing a silver/white design, the card sports a slightly different color scheme with a brushed metal design in brown. The rest of the GPU retains a white color scheme, making it still a rather uncommon combination.

In terms of GPU specifications, both the RTX 4060 Ti 8GB and 16GB models run at the same clock speed of 2580 MHz boost (1.8% OC), with a slight difference in TDP (160W vs. 165W) adhering to NVIDIA’s specifications, and power delivery (6+1 VRM design or 6+2). Both models ship with an AD106 GPU offering 4352 CUDA cores and three display connectors (3x DP, 1x HDMI).
While not strictly a Mini-ITX design due to its cooler width of 14.5 cm, the card is still relatively compact, measuring less than 20 cm in length and occupying only two slots. As far as we know, this might be the first-ever graphics card featuring 16GB memory and one fan (excluding workstation and hybrid/AIO designs).

As of now, the card has not been officially listed on the Chinese JD platform. However, with the recent update on Colorful’s website, it suggests that the release may be approaching soon.
