Call of Duty MWIII coming November 10
Activision had been keeping fans in suspense for some time, but the rumors and speculations were finally laid to rest with the official confirmation of their next blockbuster title, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III. Scheduled for release on November 10, the game is likely set to continue the thrilling storyline from its 2022 predecessor, where Task Force 141 had teamed up with the Mexican Special Forces to dismantle the terrorist threat posed by Hassan Zyani. This new installment, developed by Sledgehammer Games, aimed to build upon the success of their previous works, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Call of Duty: WWII.
The teaser video released by Sledgehammer Games didn’t reveal much, but it did feature familiar faces, including Captain Price and Vladimir Makarov, hinting at a seamless continuation of the captivating narrative. Speculation from insiders hinted at the return of classic Call of Duty multiplayer maps and the fan-favorite “War” mode from Call of Duty: WWI.
The reveal of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III came as a surprise to many, as there were previous indications that the franchise would take a break in 2023, with a significant expansion planned for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II.
Worth adding that the video teaser has a hidden message showing a phone number that answers short messages.
Sledgehammer Games are yet to confirm which platforms will receive COD MW3. One can only assume that there are more teasers coming soon.
