According to Bloomberg, Rockstar Games is scheduled to unveil the latest installment in the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) series this week.

Original Story: No one is surprised to hear that a new GTA is already in the works. Two years ago, hackers got access to the company’s servers and employees communication servers, which led to the release of videos from the alleged GTA6 development.
It has been speculated that Rockstar Games may soon announce the new game, however, none of these reports have been confirmed. Now, Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier, a well-known journalist covering all gaming-related content with high accuracy, now claims that the announcement of the new GTA game will come this week.
Rockstar Games, a division of Take-Two Interactive Software Inc., plans to announce the next highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto game as early as this week, according to people familiar with its plans.
The company plans to then publish a trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI next month to celebrate Rockstar’s 25th anniversary, said the people, who asked to not be identified because they weren’t authorized to speak publicly. A spokesperson for Rockstar didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment sent after business hours.

Jason Schreier recalled last year’s leak and emphasized an important detail – according to Bloomberg, in GTA 6, players will control two characters, and the action will take them to a fictional version of Miami.
The presentation of GTA 6 this week wouldn’t be coincidental, as on Wednesday, Take-Two will present a financial report focusing on the recent months of activity.
It seems quite possible that Rockstar will soon unveil the logo and name, while also inviting gamers to The Game Awards. The event will take place at the beginning of next month. The game’s first official trailer is said to be released on the company’s 25th anniversary, which happens in December.
