Evangelion is a widely acclaimed Japanese anime series featuring giant mechs known as Evangelions. Those mechs were clear inspiration for ASUS for the new hardware. Drawing inspiration from this iconic show, Asus is gearing up to release an entire range of new hardware, going beyond just graphics cards.

The teaser hints at an extensive lineup, featuring a new chassis, motherboard, power supply, and peripherals like a mouse, keyboard, and CPU cooler. Taking a closer look at the teaser, it would appear that the motherboard will be based on the popular and powerful ROG Z790 Maximus Hero.

Alongside this motherboard, Asus introduces the eagerly anticipated GeForce RTX 40 design, likely to be a part of the ROG STRIX series. It is worth adding that the new design is a continuation of the previous RTX ROG Evangelion models released last year as RTX 3090/3080 series.

Gamers and Evangelion fans won’t have to wait long for this new hardware to be presented, as Asus plans to showcase it officially at the upcoming Bilibili World event, scheduled for this weekend.
