ASUS ROG Ally costs €799
German retailer MediaMarkt and Saturn have now listed ASUS’ upcoming gaming console.
As suspected, the price for ROG Ally will be 799.99 EUR in Germany. This is the price for the high-end model of the handheld console featuring Ryzen Z1 Extreme chip and 512GB of storage. There is currently no listing for the Z1 non-Extreme variant.
The product’s description does not provide any new details that weren’t already known. The console features Ryzen Z1 Extreme APU with 8 cores and 16 threads, 512GB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage, 16GB memory and comes with a 40 WHr battery offering up to 8 hours of battery life. The console has a 7-inch screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and up to 500 nits of brightness. There is still no information on the clock speeds, though.

The console supports WiFi-6E wireless networking and supports external GPUs through ASUS proprietary XG Mobile slot (up to RTX 4090 Laptop GPU). As we reported earlier, the ROG Ally will come with three months of Xbox PC Game Pass Ultimate membership. This means that gamers can jump right into gaming without even installing any 3rd party game launchers.
According to the product description, the console will be available starting from June 16th, so this offer should be considered a preorder. There are many reviewers with the consoles already, so expect a lot more details at the official launch later today.
