Intel’s Basin Falls platform is just around the corner. Motherboard makers are pursuing new technology breakthroughs to deliver fancy and expensive motherboards for already expensive processors.

ASUS ROG PRIME motherboard with LCD

ASUS is teasing upcoming ROG PRIME motherboard with LCD panel. It looks like we have a new trend for high-end desktop in 2017…

ASRock X299 Taichi

Meanwhile, ASRock has a teaser for X299 Taichi.

#ASRock new #Taichi is around the corner!!!!

Want to know her true look? Stay tuned!!!

MSI X299 GAMING Series

To be fair, we don’t know if any of those motherboards is Z270, X370 or X299. With one exception. The GAMING PRO teaser is clearly for new HEDT platform, as we can see new Turbo Socket and 4 memory slots present near the IO bracket, a common feature for quad-channel supported platforms.

GIGABYTE X299 AORUS

Lastly, we have a new teaser from AORUS. Like I said above, we don’t know if this is X299, but judging from the number of PCIe slots, we are definitely looking at a motherboard that can support so many GPUs or other devices.
