ASRock develops a simple tool that will guide users through setting up self-hosted AI platform for RX 7000 GPUs.

AI-apps slowly becoming the core component of GPU software.

ASRock has created a tool called AI QuickSet to make AI software more popular. This tool is designed to streamline system configuration and ease the installation of basic components for generative AI software supported by ASRock Radeon RX 7000 series.

Designed to operate on the Windows 11 operating system, AI QuickSet provides step-by-step guidance for installing AI drawing applications like Shark Studio AI and Stable Diffusion web UI. The software also ensures that the system is up-to-date and equipped with necessary libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch before initiating the software installation.

The company says that AI QuickSet will support the Intel 13th/14th Gen Core series, as well as the Ryzen 7000 and 5000 desktop CPU series. Notably, there is currently no support for 12th Gen Core series or any preceding AM4-based CPUs. The software is also compatible with Intel 700/600 and AMD 600/500 motherboards.

The software explicitly mentions ASRock RX 7000 GPU series compatibility, but it’s possible that the tool will also work well with RDNA3 GPUs from other manufacturers.

For those who are interested, the tool and its accompanying instruction guide, which provides a brief overview of the Shark AI Studio application, can be accessed through the provided link.
