AMD Renoir desktop APUs have just made an appearance in the 3DMark database.
AMD Ryzen 4000G clock speeds and OPN codes leaked
It appears that APISAK found the first entries for the upcoming Renoir AM4 desktop processors in the benchmark database. The CPUs represent all three Ryzen subseries (7, 5, and 3), each offering a different core-count configuration.
The Renoir APUs will feature more cores than Picasso/Raven Ridge APUs for the AM4 socket. The compute performance is expected to increase, but graphics may not see such an upgrade. This is due to the fact that Renoir is still equipped with Vega GPU. There are fewer Compute Units (8 vs 11), but the graphics engine has a higher clock speed. The 4700G sample has a GPU clock of 2100 MHz, which represents a 700 MHz increase over Ryzen 5 3400G.

Meanwhile, @_rogame found a good side-by-side comparison between Ryzen 3 4200G and 3200G, as both systems use the same memory configuration. On average, the CPU has become 57% faster while GPU performance actually decreased by 7%.
