AMD’s only AM4 processor with 3D V-Cache had been briefly listed at €343 yesterday. This was spotted by HardwareLux editor and who noticed that this was the all-time low price in Germany, but actually, it was even lower for one day at €339.
The price has indeed dropped, but retailer took advantage of the situation and reverted to original price just as quickly. The same CPU is now listed at €354, which may not be such a great price anymore.

In US, Ryzen 7 5800X3D is now offered for as low as $329 (Amazon), which is still the lowest price for this CPU for as long as it has been available (287 days). What may be important is that 5800X3D does not officially support overclocking, so customers may still choose cheaper AM4 motherboards or even buy used.
AMD Ryzen 5000 and 7000 pricing has been fluctuating a lot in the recent weeks. Retailers are trying to find a balance between profitable margin and customers satisfaction, which is getting harder with more next-gen options already available (65W Ryzen 7000 & Intel 13th Gen Core CPUs).
