It appears that Ashes of the Singularity benchmark database already features yet unreleased Ryzen 7 5700U processor.
AMD Ryzen 7 5700U, the first 5000 series CPU
The entry discovered by @TUM_APISAK appears to show the first Cezanne CPU and also the first Ryzen 5000 series processor.
It is currently not confirmed if the processor is part of the series codenamed Cezanne, Van Gogh, or Lucienne. There is a reason to believe that Ryzen 7 5700U is Lucienne-U. The series is rumored to be a Renoir refresh for Google Chromebooks. However, if the series were in fact codenamed Cezanne, then one would expect the first Zen3 mobile processor.
AMD is set to announce the desktop Zen3 series codenamed Vermeer on October 8th. The manufacturer is rumored to launch the series as Ryzen 5000 to avoid confusion between the mobile and desktop series, which usually launch a few months between each other.
The result appears to show a very low score, so it may either be related to the 15W nature of the Ryzen U-series or to the early test of the processor. The Ryzen 7 5700U is reportedly an 8-core and 16-thread CPU, so just as Ryzen 7 4800U. The clock speeds are not reported by the software.
According to a partial roadmap posted by @MebiuW, AMD Cezanne would feature Zen3 cores:
