Today Futuremark officially introduced Cyan Room benchmark, the latest installment in VRMark software.

VRMark Cyan Room

The Cyan Room is the first DirectX12 benchmark for Virtual Reality. This means better utilization of available resources, at least compared to DirectX11, which is currently a foundation of many VR titles.

In the official blog post at Radeon.com Scott Wasson shares the results from new benchmark ran on Ryzen 7 1800X-powered machine:

Sadly, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti was conveniently not included in the comparison.

The VRMark is currently on sale for -75% (5 USD) in Steam Store.
