AMD 1 of 500 Starfield AMD Ryzen & Radeon bundles is being auctioned on eBay

AMD had promised to give away hundreds of these bundles to gamers and Gamescom participants, but very few people have come forward to confirm winning one. The company had prepared up to 500 of these bundles, which featured AMD’s top gaming processor, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, paired with a custom Radeon RX 7900 XTX.

While the CPU essentially only received a new box (there wasn’t much to modify on the CPU itself), the graphics card is a different story. This card underwent a complete transformation, sporting a color scheme that matches that of Starfield spaceships, with custom vinyls and a backplate that only adds to its uniqueness.

Although the concept of such a GPU isn’t entirely new, as we’ve seen plenty of ASUS Gundam models with similar color schemes, Radeon GPUs aren’t the go-to choice for graphics card makers when it comes to launching niche products like this. Therefore, AMD took it upon themselves to release this model, but they did so in very limited numbers.

The seller does offer other memorabilia, and most of it isn’t for charity. Unfortunately, eBay no longer displays how much of the purchase price will directly benefit the charity. However, the seller has confirmed that all proceeds will go to Mental Drive Inc. We cannot confirm this claim.

As of the time of writing, the card was being offered for $2,000, which is twice the price of a regular reference RX 7900 XTX model.
