AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT finally below 800 EUR

A reference design from XFX based on Radeon RX 7900 XT GPU is now available for less than 800 EUR. This is so far the lowest price for this card in Europe.

Germany’s Mindfactory, which is at the forefront of lowering prices for graphics cards, has just announced a new promotion featuring the Radeon RX 7900 XT graphics card. The card in question is an AMD reference design from XFX currently listed at €799.

This model features a cut-down Navi 31 XT GPU with 5376 Stream Processors and 20GB 320bit GDDR6 memory. This model also has a lower TBP of 315W compared to the XTX model using 355W by default. Those are the main differences between the XT and XTX models, which were enough to justify a $100 MSRP difference.

As it turns out, the $899 MSRP did not stay relevant for long. AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT received a relatively cold response from the GPU community and quickly forced AMD and board partners to reevaluate the price for this model. The XT has already been discounted below $800 in March and to just $762 in April.

For European gamers, €800 is currently the lowest for this card, which retails at around €849 elsewhere. Worth noting that the card released with €1049 MSRP in December, that’s a 24% lower price in just 6 months.

What is equally important is that the offer is part of the AMD’s new “Game ON” promotion. This means gamers will receive a code for Resident Evil 4 game.
