Radeon RX 7900 GRE even cheaper in Italy

AMD Radeon SKU becomes available in more countries.

The RX 7900 GRE graphics card model is gaining ground in the European market, with more retailers now offering it directly to DIY enthusiasts. As per information shared by one of our readers, the XFX RX 7900 GRE is now available at an even more competitive price compared to SAPPHIRE’s model, priced at €671.59, a reduction of nearly €50 from the previous listing.

This price reduction can likely be attributed to XFX being the sole board partner offering a reference design for the RX 7900 GRE. Typically, this card is included in prebuilt gaming systems, but it was only a matter of time before retailers made it available as a standalone product.

Examining the lowest prices in the Eurozone, based on data from the price comparison site Geizhals, the RX 7900 GRE can now be obtained for approximately €163 less than the XT model and just €128 more than the RX 7800 XT.

Radeon RX 7000 (Lowest EU Price):

  • Radeon RX 7900 XT: €835
  • Radeon RX 7900 GRE: €672
  • Radeon RX 7800 XT:  €544

As previously mentioned, the RX 7900 GRE comes equipped with 33% more cores compared to the 7800 XT, while maintaining the same 16GB memory capacity. With the newly reduced price, it now appears to be only 24% more expensive, making it a compelling option to contemplate.

The listing at PKS Mega Store might currently lack pictures, but it’s noteworthy that the same product code leads to multiple product listings across various countries in the EMEA region, including Poland, Latvia, Turkey, and more. This indicates that the card has indeed been launched in the region. Additionally, a significant number of the stores we reviewed have the card in stock, indicating its availability across the region.
