Marketing materials for upcoming mid-range Turing graphics card have been leaked.
GeForce RTX 2060
Despite the fact that we already leaked the first RTX 2060 model, the codename has not yet been confirmed, because no pictures of the packaging were available at the time.
Andreas Schilling from HardwareLuxx gained access to pre-launch marketing materials and decided to share them via Twitter. The leak confirms that 2060 will be part of RTX brand, not GTX brand as speculated before Turing was announced.
This is an obvious choice since RTX 2060 is still featuring Turing GPU, equipped with RT cores (for ray tracing).
The GeForce RTX 2060 is expected to launch early next year. This model is believed to feature 1920 CUDA cores and 6GB GDDR6 memory.
#GeForceRTX2060 for desktop is real! (For those who still had doubts) Marketing material for the smallest #Turing expansion is arriving at the manufacturers marketing divisions. Beside 6 GB of #GDDR6 I can not confirm any tech specs. Stay tuned for the second week of January! pic.twitter.com/xaorlA6JLd
