AMD Radeon R9 Fury X has 4GB HBM1, 4096 Stream Processing Units
The flagship single-GPU graphics card called Radeon R9 Fury X has 4096 unified cores, 4096 MB of memory and 4096-bit wide interface. I think AMD missed to opportunity to advertise it as ‘the proper card for 4k everything’. The memory is using HBM-1 technology.
The GPU clock is rated at 1050 MHz with memory speed at 500 MHz (512 GB/s total bandwidth). Fury X has 8.6 TFLOS of single-precision computing power. There are 2-pin power connectors and TDP is 275W.
There are 4 display outputs: three DisplayPorts 1.2 and HDMI (apparently not 2.0).
AMD Radeon R9 FURY X has 256 Texture Units and 64 ROPs.
AMD Radeon R9 Fury X will be available on June 24th for $649.
